Frequently asked questions
What we get asked most
How long until my server is ready?+
Provisioning is automatic: as soon as payment is confirmed, the server is created on our panel and your access details appear in your customer area. In almost every case it takes less than a minute.
Can I change software or tier later?+
The software is reinstalled from the panel on the same server, with no change to billing — remember to back up first. To change tier, open a ticket: we adjust the resources without reinstalling, and the difference is charged pro rata.
Do I get full access to the panel?+
An account is created automatically in your name on our panel, and the panel itself emails you to set your password. There you have the real-time console, the file manager, SFTP and your databases.
Where is the data hosted?+
In Switzerland, on our own machines. You choose the node when ordering, from those compatible with your service.
How does payment work?+
By card, via Stripe. Billing is monthly with no commitment: you cancel whenever you like from your customer area, where all your invoices can be downloaded.
What happens if I do not pay an invoice?+
The service is suspended 3 days after the due date, but your data stays intact for a further 14 days. Paying within that period reactivates everything automatically.
